Muy buen hotel con lo necesario para descansar, aparte es totalmente familiar, el servicio desde recepción es perfecto, aparte tiene restaurante con platillos muy ricos
Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, todo el personal es muy amable y atento, el único pero que pondría es el servicio de internet, falla mucho en el último piso, de ahí en más no hay ningún problema, está céntrico y cuenta con servicio de restaurante.

Buen lugar para descansar, tiene estacionamiento, y restaurante dentro, la cortesia es cafe con pan, pero puedes pedir algo mas del menu, lo malo es que no abre el restoran diario, la comida es de 9 y porciones grandes, habitaciones con suficiente espacio y en buenas condiciones, dan factura, cosas a considerar las pantallas son pequeñas y de cable sencillo no hay mucho que ver, y el internet flaquea pero para descansar incluso trabajar esta perfecto
Habitaciones limpias, les han dado mantenimiento, ya cambiaron a mini splits que son menos ruidosos. Televisión muy pequeña pero buena variedad de canales.
Todo esta bien allí. Desde el joven que nos atendió Ramón y fue tan amable y todos son un amor allí. Me sentí junto con mi marido bienvenidos .si recomiendo este lugar volveremos ahí cuantas veces sea posible
Un lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo, buen servicio. Cuenta con restaurante.
Una excelente locación para hospedarse en el centro de Monterrey si tu intención es conocerlo, cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo con espacio hasta para 6 o 7 autos. Las habitaciones cómodas y cumplidoras, cuenta con elevador para accesar a las habitaciones y el personal es muy amables, está prohibido fumar pero lo puedes hacer justo a la entrada. En la mañana te dan un desayuno de cortesía en el comedor del hotel.
